As part of our on-going commitment to clients to ensure that our customer-facing advisors/agents are trained to a high standard in all areas, particularly in the area of Customer Care Skills, we are delighted to roll out a new, 2 day Customer Care programme called ‘Customer First’. 
Designed by our People & Organisation Development (POD) Team,  The Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) has endorsed the quality of this programme and has agreed to provide each successful participant with a certificate of accreditation.
