The outsourcing arrangement has enabled us to gain efficiencies across the INM Group by having standardised best practice procedures implemented by an outsourced provider for each of the Group companies while the provision of value–add Financial Reporting greatly assists our in-house Financial Controllers and facilitates the smooth running of the year-end external audit.

Capita Customer Solutions have supported INM on a number of key initiatives; for example partnering with us in moving to a five-day close for month-end Financial Reporting, thereby providing the Board of INM with accurate and timely information for monthly Board meetings. They also partnered with us in multiple projects across various functions including the rollout of e-invoicing for Accounts Receivable in 2015 and the design and implementation of a new Purchase Ordering system for the Group in 2016.
